1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BargainBot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BargainBot LLC.
2. Description of Service
BargainBot is an AI-powered deal-finding tool operated by BargainBot LLC that helps users discover discounts and price changes on Amazon products. We provide deal summaries, price alerts, and curated deal feeds. BargainBot LLC is not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
BargainBot LLC participates in affiliate advertising programs including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, Walmart Affiliate Program, eBay Partner Network, and Best Buy Affiliate Program. As an Amazon Associate, BargainBot LLC earns from qualifying purchases. When you click a retailer link on BargainBot and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission income supports the free tier of our service. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our deal scores, rankings, or AI-generated summaries — we surface deals based on objective price data.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use BargainBot.
5. Subscription and Billing
BargainBot Pro is a weekly subscription billed at $2.99 per week. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH WEEK AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED $2.99 UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD. You may cancel at any time from your account settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] for assistance. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of BargainBot LLC.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BargainBot. Prohibited activities include scraping or automated access to our service, attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the service's operation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BargainBot is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. BargainBot LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of deal information, price data, or AI summaries. Always verify prices directly on Amazon before making a purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BargainBot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our site. Continued use of BargainBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
