How BargainBot scores shopping deals
Every product you see on BargainBot has been evaluated by our AI deal-scoring engine. We analyze four key signals to give each product a Deal Score from 0–100:
Price history
How the current price compares to the 30, 60, and 90-day average. A price at or below its 90-day low scores highest.
Discount depth
The percentage off the original list price. Deeper discounts score higher, weighted against the product category average.
Review quality
Star rating and review volume. Products with 4.0+ stars and hundreds of verified reviews score better than unproven listings.
Deal badge
Amazon's own "Deal of the Day", "Lightning Deal", or "Limited-time deal" badges add a bonus to the score.
Deal scores are recalculated automatically. A score of 85+ means an excellent deal — typically a price at or near its all-time low. 70–84 is a good deal worth buying. Below 70 means the price is fair but not exceptional.
